In our modern (business) world, reliability and trust play an increasingly important role. Employees want to be able to trust and rely on their leaders - and vice versa, of course. If this is not the case, a 9-5 mentality quickly establishes itself, with egoism spreading, while motivation and trust are lacking. You can always count on me because appreciation and integrity are my number-one priority, especially in my work.
