Challenge mastered
Today I can claim to be a successful coach who supports leaders in increasing their impact. But this was not always the case. My life had a number of challenges that I had to overcome in order to be where I am today.
It started already in school when, at 6’3”, I was quite a bit taller than the other kids but looked much younger with my baby face. I hated that and felt terrible about it. My negative attitude towards my height and my young appearance bothered me for a very long time and were a real challenge for me.
And my professional and private life was also full of challenges. At first it was not easy for me to accept them, but today I am grateful to have faced them.
